1. Website operator
This website presents Ocean Blue Medical Research and its clinical-research activities in Miami Springs. Advance MDCare and Advance Community Clinic / 4 US Foundation are connected organizations with separate websites, services and points of contact.
2. Informational Purpose Only
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, legal advice, insurance advice or individualized clinical guidance.
Do not start, stop or change a medication, treatment, diet, exercise program or other health intervention solely because of website content. Decisions about PrEP, PEP, STI treatment, weight-management medication, rehabilitation, vaccination and other services require appropriate clinical evaluation.
3. No Automatic Patient-Provider Relationship
Viewing the website, submitting a form, calling the office or receiving general information does not by itself create a patient-provider relationship. A relationship is established only when Ocean Blue Medical Research or an authorized clinician accepts you for care and provides professional services under applicable procedures.

Study buttons open a telephone call to 305-885-8983. A call or inquiry does not confirm enrollment or a scheduled visit. The research team must confirm availability, protocol requirements and the next steps. This website does not publish clinic appointment hours.

Use general forms only for basic contact and routing information. Do not submit detailed diagnoses, test results, medical records, medication lists, Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers or emergency information through a general website form.
